Event Details
The Eighth Annual Reunion and General Membership meeting of the Association of 3d Armored Division Veterans. This reunion will be a special event for our Desert Storm veterans. Attending will be the Desert Storm 3d Armored Division Commanding General, LTG (ret,) Paul E. Funk and the Command Sergeant Major, CSM (ret.) Joe T. Hill. Both are LIFE members of the Association. Wednesday evening we will have a welcoming get together in the Spearhead Room in the hotel with snacks and drinks. Included in this reunion gathering will be a day trip to San Antonio on Thursday and a visit to nearby Fort Hood on Friday. Thursday evening dinner at the hotel will be a Texas BBQ buffet and the Spearhead Room will be open. Friday evening dinner at the hotel will be an Italian dinner buffet with the Spearhead Room again open for conversation and visiting. Saturday will be the annual general membership meeting and the reunion closer, the Banquet Celebration in the evening with our special guests. We hope to see you there and look forward to seeing many of our Desert Storm veterans in attendance! There are two options offered each for members and non-members of the Association. You may select an all-inclusive reunion package that includes everything for either a current member or a non-member package that includes your first year of membership at a substantial savings. Or, you may select the appropriate registration (member or non-member) and then select events and/or meals as you wish.

Association of 3d Armored Division Veterans

The Association of 3d Armored Division Veterans is open to 3d Armored Division vets of all eras; World War II, the Cold War, and Desert Storm. If you served in a unit assigned or attached to the division, you are eligible for membership. We also have membership available for Associate Members, including widows, spouses, children, grandchildren of veterans who served with or were attached to the division.
